Shipping Policy
All orders are hand made to order specifically for you and we make it our priority to make sure our quality is not compromised whilst still meeting your promised delivery dates.
Please allow a minimum of 2 weeks for your order to be processed. We apologise in advance due to strikes and bank holidays you may receive some delays to your order.
Pre Order info
The ETA for all Pre-orders that are made after the 26th of August will be received between the 12th - 15th September 2022!
Return & Exchange Policy
Thank you so much for the support, we truly appreciate it.
As we are still a small brand and each piece is Made-to-Order specifically for you, we are unable to process returns or refunds as of right now. However we will be able to offer exchanges.
So...
If you would like to exchange your product , please contact us at info@kadani.co.uk within 28 days of receiving your order and we will be able to sort that out for you.
