Pre-Order Processing:
Once a Pre-order is made it will go straight into production, your order will be cut and sewn and packed just for you in the UK so please allow 20 days to have your order made and shipped if a shipping date has not been clarified .
Shipping:
We offer free shipping on all orders over £150 within the UK. Orders under £150 will be charged a flat rate of £3.99 for shipping. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, but most orders will arrive within 5-7 business days after estimated shipping date.

Returns & Exchanges:
We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of receipt of your order. Items must be returned in their original condition, unused and with all tags still attached. Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

RETURN POLICY

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receipt of your order.

Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs or import duties that may be charged on a returned item.
REFUND POLICY:

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days

Sale items (if applicable) Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Shipping typically takes 2-3 business days via Royal Mail or 4-6 business days via FedEx, but please note that shipping delays may occur.

We ship to the address provided by the customer, and we are not responsible for lost or missing orders due to an incorrect shipping address provided.

Customers are responsible for any re-delivery fees.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We currently offer flat rate shipping to select countries, and our rates include duties and taxes.

Shipping typically takes 5-6 business days via DHL or FedEx, but please note that customs and duties delays may occur.

We are unable to ship to PO boxes or local post office boxes as DHL is unable to deliver to them.

We are unable to accept exchanges for international orders and original shipping costs are non-refundable.
